Ok first off when i pull people over and u need to press f 10 f11 for options those buttons are used for sound and such and it freezes my character and keeps talking to driver and is frozen just reapeating that can this be get fixed? And also i cant get a partner... and each call i get is the same thing at the same location. plz help me!!!! T-T

There should be a function lock key on your keyboard to disable the secondary functions of the F keys, find it and press it.

You need to move around the game world to get different callouts. If you are in Alderny and you are getting Hove Beach calls then you have a problem but if not, everything should be fine. Press Alt-F11 to force a callout to occur if you want to test it.

Not necessarily some of the shoot out calls are placed the other side of liberty city. It's the same in real life. In a high priority situation, all available units would be called to another part of the city if the situation gets bad enough or there are not enough units there already to handle the situation.
