I got my copy of GTA IV PC today, and I am running version 1.0.7.0. I want to use mods on it. Will I need any kind of software to make it moddable or can U just install xliveless and go from there? Also installing .NET and C++ Scripthooks and that sort of thing? I will be using ELS, LCPDFR, and weapon and car mods. Cheers.

    For weapon mods and car mods you will need sparkiv or openiv, there a alot of videos on utube telling you how to do this.

    The LCPDFR installer covers all that you need for script mods. For ELS, you need ELS [shocker] and ELS-enabled cars. If you've installed LCPDFR, you have what you need to use ELS. If you want weapon or car mods, some sites to check out:
