I love how everyone has decided to answer the OP's question despite the title BLATANTLY directing the question at the Alot.

On a more serious note, life is too short to be worrying about things. Just saying.

Unless you're that guy who worries that life is too short.....then you might want to consider therapy? I dunno. I'm that guy who doesn't really worry about things as such.

you need to work with yourself and coordidnate in your life where you wanna be no amount of talking to someone is going to solve it. being your own best friend loving yourself and helping yourself understand the type of person you are will help you come into terms with yourself. i found that out after a year of therapy after i lost my dad that i had to wait for post tramadic stress to die down and for me to find ways to help myself its all about renewel and finding out who you are talking to someone else isnt going to help you find yourself.

On a more serious note, the only thing I ever worry about is being rejected by a girl I have strong feelings for, which hasn't happened yet because I've been too much of a wuss to ask a girl out.

I've been rejected. I didn't worry about it because well, you know what they say, ''There's plenty of fish in the sea.''

''A quiet man, is a thinking man. A quiet woman, is usually mad.''
