So I went to play the game tonight and all of the sudden it crashes while its loading. Not sure what the error log means, but here it is. Thanks!

Negative. ELS went in first. IT worked fine just the other day. Nothing changed.

Try removing ELS and seeing if the game will work.

It works without ELS. Which is strange because it worked fine with it the day before. I tried to re-install it and it started to crash again. Ideas?

I was able to get it to work by following this here:

I looked around a lot of places and i found just one way, the reinstall, idk its working or not, you need to choose reinstall it or not

Or if you made a backup from that files what the LCPDFR and ELS overwrite you need to copy back those files in to the GTA IV folder and reinstall the ELS first and after that the LCPDFR

Well I've got it working again by turning off those two options mentioned in the other thread. But now for some reason only my car has working ELS lights. All of the AI cars (police, medic) will have like a frozen light on and just say there. As if someone snapped a picture of it while the lights were on.

When the Ai cars in pursuit these lights are working and at me too the Ai car have frozen light but when he got a callout they turn it on and flashing like when im using

Not for me anymore. Even when they just drive around they will have a red or blue light froze on. No more flash for AI.

idk why happen this, this never happened with me before so i don't know

Anyone else have an idea as to why?

I removed ELS 8.5 and fixed the problem so far

i am guessing that some of the cars installed are non ELS. thats usually the only way that the lights "freeze" and dont flash. at least for me anyways. but if you still have problems let me know.
