I looked for solution about autosaving in LCPDFR, but only I could find is the a reference about it under LCPDFR 1.0d uptade. I don't know how it works and how to use it. Do You guys can help me? 

That autosave what you find that about the game restore when your game is crash, its made a "temporary savegame" and when your game crash this crash reporter restore your gameplay and you can continue where that "savegame" saved

But how to restore my save that crashed? Is it automatically?

Yes, when autosave is enabled, it will automatically restart the game after a crash and go back to where you were when the game crashed.
