Hello!

 

I was wondering if anyone can make a realistic NYPD Highway Patrol ped. I know that stevetrackboyz already made one but the boots isn't correct and it has a LCPD logo instead of an NYPD logo. The radio is also slightly off. I tried fixing these up but constantly failed in doing so. I was wondering if the ped can have boots like in this ped: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Please help me out! Thank you.
