Hi, I have a question. How much FPS will I get with these specs?

I'd recommend CryENB V1 or maybe V2. Best way to find out is make a bunch of backups and install a bunch of different ENBs, see what works best for you!

What settings? EX: low, medium, high, etc.

Honestly couldn't tell you. The different settings contain only two files, an ini file and a commandline.txt. Start at high end, and if its too laggy just use the next lowest setting.

Problem is, ELS doesn't have any bloom (at least at daytime) with this ENB. I'm trying to find a solution..

I have a problem with Shaders. I lag with CryENB v2 with shaders on, and without Shaders, I don't lag. CryENB v2 works best with shaders. I lag with Shaders on low. Help?

CryENB v3 but use the VeryLow profile settings.
