Game crashes every time I load it

Hi, whenever I load up GTA IV it crashes every time and I don't know why. It was running straight yesterday, with no lag and today I haven't addded anything to the files it starts up with the big GTA IV sign then goes to a black screen with the audio playing in the background when it should say start for GTA IV.

 

I don't know if it's any program on my PC like Microsoft .net framework 4.5 (Already installed) and I have also tried running the LCPD:FR diognostics tool and it says LCPD:FR is installed correctly.

P.S I don't know if the log will help, but I attached it anyway. (LCPDFR LOG [i have attached it at the bottom, but just in-case it doesn't work click HERE})
