I Have an Idea that i feel would fit the Lcpdfr Mod perfect. The spinoff and various ways you could go with this idea could be endless, but my main purpose of the mod would be this. So this mod I speak of is using the office next to the office of which you go on duty on Lcpdfr mod as a Sheriff/Warrant office. In this office you will be able to go serve high priority warrants, and normal warrants. Get assigned to drug raids, pursue a missing persons report. Serve PFA papers to abusive suspects or woman at risk Ect. But remember some of these are high priority warrants involving dangerous people, so it wouldn't be you just showing up and the suspect comes quietly. Some will, some won't. Nobody wants to go to jail, so you can make suspects flea, cause shootouts, take a hostage Ect. Okay so back to the Warrant office. You would walk into the police station as you would normally do. Get changed into your uniform and go on duty. Once you leave out of the uniform office, you would go into the warrant office and get assigned a warrant. You would get the papers and the target or suspect would appear on the map. At this point you will get your police cruiser and go find the suspect, capture them and bring them back. Not only would you have to bring them back but if it's not a high priority warrant or just a normal warrant or PFA papers that just need served. You could find the suspects on the map and just serve them the papers on the street or at there home. I don't no how to script or this mod will be in the makings already lol. I think I stated enough info for you to get the point. And maybe consider a mod like this. I think it would be a great addition to the Lcpdfr mod series. You could even have like a liberty city's most wanted list. These suspects would be the hardest to catch and by that I mean living in dangerous areas, runs with gangs and more than on person. So the risk of pursuing these warrants would be risky. You could have people call in tips like how roman constantly calls your phone and report possible sightings of the suspect your are actively searching for Ect.

 

So what do you think of the idea? and what could you Add?

I love this idea! I also think think could be transitioned into a detectiveish mod which would be cool. I'd like to see this made as well.

well technically you can. Just make your partner drive his own cruiser :P as long as ya dont get in high speed chase he will stay in the neighborhood with u

you push caps lock and hold it while you press tab to shift through the mens. You get to one menu that is for your partner. I think it says follow in cruiser lol. Just be aiming at a cruiser when you highlight that. Let me know if ya figure it out :)

Thank you. But when I press caps nothing happens at all. It used to come up with a menu but it doesn't anymore... Do you know how to fix this? I might have disabled this at one point because when I run people I use caps and got sick of it. Lol

hmm. do you use a controller? if you do you can push the left control stick down and it will also bring up the menu. not sure how to scan through the menus though without a keyboard. i'll try it out in game and see what happens. if not you might wanna consider a re-install or re-enable your caps button.

That's what I was gonna do. I just don't remember where in the ini it is so I can do that. Is there anyway you could help me find it?
