LCPDFR 1.0D Crashes after i install ELS V8

Featured Replies

After I updated to LCPDFR 1.0D I played the base game and LCPDFR worked then i installed ELSV8 and the base game works but i get an error that says LCPDFR has en countered an error and that its been logged my comp specs are INTEL CORE2 DuoCPU p8700 @ 2.53Ghz 64 bit op system 6.00 gb of ram. I only have this problem when ELS v8 is installed please help my error log is belowe in an attached file.

The ELS V8's Advanced Scripthook or the default scripthook seems to not work for me either ;c I may have figured a way around it though, but it seems to carry on crashing for me just under my 10 minute mark D:

You should try going into the manual installation of LCPDFR and highlighting Advanced Scipthook all the way down untill you reach SlimDX.dll.   (To highlight those specific ones without highlighting the entire thing, hold down CTRL and just click away!)

Sorry if this was no help for you.

i just downloaded lcpdfr again and in winrar and this is how its organized

If you are lucky,  this is the same issue I first had with LCPDFR and ELS.

I had a habit of installing LCPDFR first and then any visual mods after that.  And I usually let the mods/scripts replace anything it needed.

1.0d is the first time for me where it is a big No-No..  The "advancehook" and "scripthook" files for ELS are not compatible with 1.0d and will cause the game to crash shortly after trying to go on duty.

You could install ELS first before LCPDFR.  OR just simply look at the downloaded 1.0d archive/folder and make it is using those files and not the ones that come with ELS

I had the same problem, I have it solved so I have instaled only ESI LCPDFR then went after everything perfectly 've only currently the problem that I can call during a chase hunts no gain with F9 -F12

ELS 8 has an outdated version of Advanced hook, you need to get the LCPDFR 1.0 advanced hook and scripthook and you should be fine, make sure you delete the logs and regular scripthook and advanced hook files as new ones would be made.
