This is a very strange issue that I haven't found anywhere else. I have had this problem before, but not sure how it was resolved. If I remove LCPD:FR, ELS works just fine. If I remove ELS, LCPD:FR runs flawlessly. But, put them both together, and the whole game just doesn't load.

 

At the loading screen prior to game start, it freezes, goes to loading again, then freezes once more and ultimately crashes. Turning off the AI having ELS does work, but I would like to have a way around that, if possible, to have it running the way it was again (ELS and LCPD:FR working at the same time).

 

Please, anyone with any help, I would really appreciate it.

Hello there, I have the same issue, I posted the same topic just before you did lol. It appeared after I removed all LCPDFR Mods and anything affiliated with ScriptHook then reinstalled them, the Diagnostics tool came back fine. I ran the game. They were working together. I noticed though that the Call-outs and little Guide Windows for LCPDFR seemed to be messed up and it seemed it was reading a file wrong somewhere. Then, I closed out of game, ran the diagnostic tool again, and it gave me an error with the logs. The tool says that the ScriptHook and ASI loader are working fine. Not really sure whats happening here.

Also having similar issues. Uninstalled 1.0c, reinstalled 1.0d actually on EFLC this time as I'd heard reports that it may be better. Installed LCPDFR, without any scripts, etc, just the basic auto install, runs fine. As soon as I install ELS v8, I get an instant LCPDFR crash upon game load. Have now uninstalled EFLC, reinstalling standard GTA4. Going to go back to what i know worked fine and try to diagnose from there.

 

I should note that it did briefly work with the initial version of 1.0d. The problems are arising having installed the hotfix.

 

Not sure what's up.

ELS 8 has outdated files in it, so install LCPDFR afterward.
