    Nice video! The NOOSE seem to have a problem with driving once dispatched. If you have ever seen a NOOSE Enforcer leave a crime scene, it is worse at driving than an ambulance, and that is saying something! I have once been literally mauled by an enforcer bent on driving as fast as possible!
