As for the light setup, I'm not exactly sure about it, but let's go with this:

 

 

Btw: this would be ELS, and also for personal use. And the only flashing lights here are the colored ones, unless ELS needs to recognize the headlights and taillights as flashing lights as well (because I would enable coronas on them in the config).
