Whenever I open up any of the WinRars that include the installations for LCPDFR 1.0d, it gives me this error everytime:

If someone could maybe help me, please.

I'm not sure your issue is related to the other ones going on in the release topic however some people are also having issues with archives. Try downloading it from this temporary download setup by Sam: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByX6iAQgxnsFYnRwVElNUmQ3cUU/view

 

Hopefully that should sort it.

 

Yeah, having the same problem, for the past 20mins looking for an easy fix at my end, and found out that it's not my end it's the files that I downloaded

I've tried using the link provided, but it either refuses to download it or when it does download it, it says the download failed.

Probably not an issue on our end, might be anti-virus blocking it, or your browser. 

As ineseri said, it is an antivirus. Avast blocked it for me, so I disabled Avast Shields for 10 minutes and installed the mod in the meantime. Since my install was done in less than 10 minutes, I enabled it before 10 minutes had passed.

Yeah, Avast was blocking it. I disabled it for 10 mins and it worked, thanks :)
