I put it in C:Program FilesRockstar GamesEFLC then what i am not getting this

No, you don't need to put it there. It's ok I made a mistake. I just needed to know where your game was installed.

Delete the one you just downloaded. The fixed version should be uploaded soon. Just extract the file to your desktop and then run it.
