i downloaded the mod, put it where it needs too be, but in-game the police light's look white, and the visual setting's that come with the mod won't get passed the loading screen, i tested out another visual setting's too see if that was the problem and it was so i know that's what it is, i use Patch 7,

any ideas?

Yup: Use another file.

But the Visual setting's has everything the mod needs too actually look good, besides the brightness of the light's is 195 in visual setting's but when i change it back down too 80, and it work's fine
