You actually can't "get rid" of a skin. You only can replace it. .

  • You can change the skin of your car by going to your SparkIV/OpenIV vehicles.img and go that car finding the .wtd file
  • Then Just click on the .wtd file and above just click "Edit".
  • From there, a box should pop up containing the bits and pieces of the car. Look for a sign that says "cvpi_sign_1" for example if your using a crown vic....

But before all of this, you should find a skin that you can replace first with the same size of the skin. Most car skins I know are the size are typically 2048x2048. So just find a skin that says cvpi skin or chrgr skin and save it to a folder. Then continue with the steps.....

    You need to use cars that are ELS v5 or v6 enabled.

    someone should definetely make an ELS v7! at the very least be able too leave the doors open

    Actually caused by the game, not ELS. The game can't change extras without repairing the whole car.

    I've looked into it. It is being prepared for launch soon.....I just don't know by who for sure yet or when for sure.....but I hope it will be soon!
