How do I import a car onto a specific car? Like add a modded car for the polpatriot?

I've had the same problem as you, but I have it fixed now. Unfortunately, TrafficFlow didn't seem to do very well on my computer, so I installed another mod called TrafficFix, and modified some settings. Now I have a wide variety of traffic with car modifications. I'll give you the link and instructions for changing the settings if you want me to.

It may not work since this traffic fix is geared towards IV and not EFLC, but it worked for me. It also may slow down your system. Can you confirm that you have at least 3GB RAM and 1GB VRAM?

yeah I have an awesome computer. but should I put the trafficflow into the scripts folder or into the eflc folder? i put it into eflc but didnt see a difference

If it didn't work there, try putting it into the scripts folder. I think that is where the modification is for me.
