First, whats the best site to get police car mods?

Second, when I choose a car I want, how do I add it into the game? Please, simple step by step would be nice, I have no clue how to do it :)

And one more thing, how do people get there crime stats to sync automatically? i know it gave me the option the first time I opened the game but I didnt have an account then, is there a way to do that now?

I have EFLC, does that make a difference?

There is a different version of Spark for EFLC. However it works the same as the spark for GTA so the video concepts should still be the same. just google spark eflc

Alright, and if i download a skin for a car, how do I add that, or is that really complicated?

Its done using spark as well. Go over to youtube and do search for spark, there are some better vids that have commentary and will show you how to add cars and I believe change the skins.

SparkIV is the mother. It really takes all cars in and shouldn't be that complicated once you get the hang of using it.

Sorry man but you've really got to post less threads, especially not with questions you've asked before. Please, before you ask these kind of questions again make sure of the search tool to search the forums or even just google most of these questions.
