And yet at most times I only get 10-15 frames, occasional 30 for a brief moment. Im clear in the green for resources, I updated drivers, use amd catalyst, etc etc. Anything I can do to boost fps?

That's realy not normal for your specs. It might be a cooling problem triggering your CPU's thermal throttling.

What other mods are you using?

taxi, toronto 0.5 ems police fd, other cars.

My CPU does have a problem that causes one of the sensors to spike but its not real. We sent for a new processor or w/e and it had the same result. Dont knw if this anything to do with it. I can run Battlefield 3, GTA SA etc fine. (Also I dont knw if its running all 4 cores for it as I use steam, maybe thats another reason)
