MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

Same here. It's the game deleting objects trying to spawn. Go to your LCPDFR.ini and add PreloadAllModels=True under the [Main] section of the INI. Be sure to find a commandline to prevent texture loss first, this causes severe texture loss. I can't do that, don't even have a good PC :(. Also, try a re-install of LCPD:FR, because if you press ' or ` to open the in-game console, it will say 'No audio file found for 'FELDSPAR_STREET' for example. This is because some audio files didn't get extracted. Good luck :)

Do keep in mind that not all streets have audio-files associated with them.
