I downloaded a skin for the Enforcer, but the color is wrong in-game (black instead of white), in the OpenIV viewer its correct.

You need to change the color in the carcols.dat located in, GTAIV/Common/Data. Make nstockade to white.

I didn't know what carcols.dat was, other mods where just replacing the .wft and .wtd

Here's my carcols.dat line;

 

pstockade,    113,74,113,

 

Please note you may need to change the model name to 'nstockade' with out the quotation marks. I have that model installed into my pstockade slot.

Or you could just change the color with the trainer, if you have it.
