I played for quite some time GTA IV I buy from STEAM platform. I installed a lot of mods and I met a little freeze every time I had to answer a procedure or perform a control. This is a small freeze of one second.

 

I decide today reinstalled GTA IV and I just delete everything before. I play it cracked y'as few months.

 

 

So I reinstalled the STEAM GTA game and I play it all the luck and I still had that little freeze. I check everything (GTA IV 1.0.7.0, LCPD TOOLS, ect)

Well a small freeze is pretty hard to (remote) debug, so you need to elaborate a little more on the issue. When exactly does it happen, does the game or the whole system freeze, could it be related to HDD load (e.g. audio) etc.

Remove any third party mods too, LCPDFR 1.0c is not supported with any third party mods.

Unfortunately it did not help me and even reinstalling GTA on steam , GTA IV continues to have a very small freeze when I aim someone and I press E .

What's your hardware setup?

Inter core i5 s4460 S CPU @ 2.90ghz
pc 8go ram
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 745 4GO

But I still have lag when I catch my tazer or when I press ALT simply

Hm seems okay to me, though in conjuction with the ALT thing, it might just be a performance issue. Nothing we can do about that, I'm afraid.
