Internet Connection Times out when Connecting to LCPDFR Server

First of all, I love the LCPDFR Software and all of the other mods. Best thing to ever come to GTA 4. I know its been out for awhile but I am kinda hoping for a possible solution to my problem.

 

Now all of the mods work fine and everything runs great, but that problem I am having is that when the Game loads and tries to connect to the LCPDFR server my internet connection times out for about 10-30 seconds and then regains connection. This happens most of the time and when I do happen to connect without getting disconnected everything works fine. Now here are some logs for the LCDPFR and hope someone can make sence of it. 

 

 

The log has been edited to only remove my IP address. Nothing else has been edited.

 

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
