Hi Everyone, I just had a question on How i could install gta iv from steam for windows 8.1? I haven't tried installing it yet and am looking forward into playing lcpdfr.

Installing from steam takes no effort, you'd just click install after buying it and you have it. For LCPDFR you just run the auto installer or if that doesn't work, use the manual installer.
