Alright, I've been watching videos of LCPDFR And I just loved the game bought gta 4 just for this, had a few error's fixed them up now,

 

Now when I try to download First Responce 1.0c It say's

 

"Failed to Find Installation"

 

Failed to find a valid Installation. Please use the browse option to locate your game Location

 

Alright This looks like a easy fix, anywho I'm new here nor do I even know how to get into a car on PC if you mind answering that below as well with the solution thank you very much!

Have you tried playing the game? That error should happen after the mod is installed, and the installer is trying to open the Diagnostic Tool. The tool needs to be opened in AdvancedMode for it to work properly.

 

The mod should work in game if everything installed properly.
