LCPDFR installed but will not work

Ok, So randomly the .95 version stopped working, so I did a fresh install of the game, update, and everything else it needs. Installed the newer verson of LCPDFR using both manual and auto , and it still does not work.

I get in game, cannot open console, and Alt+p does nothing.

Tried multiple scripthooks, however nothing works....

Not sure where to get any log file to post, but this is driving me nuts!

This goes for both .95 and 1.0.

They would both install fine, but would not work in game all of a sudden, nothing changed system wise

I have tried every single fix found on these forums, for 2 days I have been trying to fix this, but it just randomly stopped working.

I can not find the diag tool, so that hasnt been done.

The log files are in the main GTA IV directory. Post Asilog.txt, ScriptHook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, LCPDFR.log, AdvancedHook.log, and AdvancedHookInit.log.
