will there be a thing with the text over people's heads when it was 9/11 (R.I.P) but on the 11th of November since it was an important day in Australian, New Zealand and all the other countries that participated in the war (Sorry for only says Aust and New Zealand. It's late when i posted.) Hope this does happen tho

I don't understand what you are trying to say. Are you referring to Veterans Day which is on November 11th? Different countries have different names for it; Armistice Day and Remembrance Day.

If I remember it right LMS said it was just a test feature he forgot to turn off before release. So my guess is that nothing else like that is programmed. 

I highly doubt this would ever happen.  As mentioned above, the 9/11 text was technically not even supposed to be in the final release as it was a bit of forgotten debugging code.
