The out of memory error is only when exiting the game, it has no impact on your PC or game, it can be safely ignored. For further LCPDFR Support questions, please post in the LCPDFR Support Forum.

Ensure you post any codes or logs you get from your errors when the game crashes. (not when you close the game, but when the game closes itself.)

GTAIV is a hideous port to PC, and as such has trash optimization. Crashing is a part of the game, and will never go away. The only thing you can do is minimize the number of crashes and try to maximize gameplay between crashes.
