Anyone able to make/desing ELS 8 Cars

I am looking for some Alaska State Troopers ELS 8 Compatible vehicles and i can not seem to find. I have an ELS 7 Version pack if anyone could help me getting it to be els 8? Just shoot me a pm if you need more information.

You can use the V7 pack, just ask someone to set the V8 configs. Much more simpler than creating an entire new pack.
