i search that charger everythere on minute 17:20 you see it and i dont find anythere 

It looks like it could appear to be a model from VooDoo or PoliceWag? I'm not entirely sure due to the little time frame seen but what I had saw, it looks like it could the the 2006 FHP Charger by VooDoo.

That is the exact same car, but with alloy rims.

That looks a lot like NickieB's HG2 slicktop Charger, but NickieB's doesn't have black wheels nor does it have Florida (it seems) plates.

Yes it's NickieB's HG2 slicktop charger and here's the link to that charger '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>. I made some personal changes to that charger like blacken out the lights and the alloy rims. Thanks for posting my videos on here. You really like that blackout charger, lol.
