I haven't heard that brand before, however that doesn't mean they're not popular. I haven't been in the market for a display in quite some time. It doesn't look bad. I pretty much have the same 24'' 1920x1080 display but produced by ASUS. 

 

You could look into getting a higher refresh rate monitor, but I'm not sure $200 will be in that range.
