As the title says I'm looking for someone to throw together a non ELS marked NYPD based LCPD Dodge Durango. I have all of the links available to whoever is keen except for the light bar as I'm not sure which one of the Federal Signal Vectors are non els. If you go to the flickr link it will show you the outside of an NYPD car which is how I'd like the Durango set up.
