GTA IV Doesnt Even Start Before Crashes

My game won't even get passed Social Club without crashing, iv had this problem for months. Iv only just reinstalled it and added all the things back and its still doing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Need a bit more information.

 

Do you have steam? Did you install LCPD:FR 1.0c or 1.0b then start having this problem or before? Did you edit or install any files or mods recently? Please quote my post so I am notified when you answer these questions to fulfill your quest to playing GTA!

Yes i have it through steam, so i am launching the game using launch.exe It seems to be working now, i did import Double Dopplers police mods, so removed them and now it only crashes every hour or so.

Looks like that was causing it. Usually LCPD:FR crashes.

My game just being pettty, will only allow to install certain Double Doppler cars. I did try and install BMW X5 from him, but it crashed my game. So i don't get why its doing that.
