just installed gta4 on my PC it works fine until i install the mod and then after i have installed the mod and try and run gta i always get a message saying 'gta4 has stopped working'

And do what is needed in there for us to help you, Such as posting Diagnostics log, LCPDFR.log, Telling us what errors your having etc....

PS: Some things that might help you out, Run the game as Admin, Update your game to the most current patch, Etc.
