I downloaded eyecandy enb v3 it works very well and the game look amazing specially with els lights on, but the thing is the game start running slow and lag when at night time but it work perfactly in day light.

Please post your computer specifications. If you do not know what your specifications are, type "Dxdiag" into the Windows Search bar (provided you have DirectX installed, which you should) and copy the contents from there.

Your system is quite dated and on the rather low end of gaming computer specifications. Lower your in-game settings or remove the ENB, that's about all you can do without upgrading your system. 

I was planning to upgrade it after gta v comes out. Thank u very much for ur help. I wish i could run enb cuz the game look so much better. Btw do u know what do i need to upgrade to run gta v?

GTA V's specification requirements haven't been released yet, however both your graphics card and processor are fairly weak. Some more RAM wouldn't hurt either (say 8GB or so).

Find a timecycle modification. Timecycle mods are different from ENBs in that timecyc mods only replace two files - timecyc.dat and visualsettings.dat (and maybe some shaders) whereas ENBs replaces a bunch of files and add a few more.

If you've got EFLC, I'd recommend Sgt. Kanyo's timecyc mod. If you don't, however, I wouldn't recommend it as there's a bug in the timecyc.dat file that causes filmgrain.

Before I got the GPU I'm running now, I had the visualsettings.dat from Kanyo's timecyc mod, and I tried it with the timeyc from several ENBs. Most of them turned up black-screening, but I did manage success with one. I think it was Next-Gen ELS ENB?
