A Few More Errors

Lately I have noticed a lot of errors such as

[1/3/2012 5:54:15 PM] [PULLOVER] Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Source: MergedFirstResponse.net TargetSite: Void eval_LCPDFR-0(System.Object, System.EventArgs)StackTrace: at FirstResponse.LCPD.PullOver.eval_LCPDFR-0(Object A_0, EventArgs A_1)

[1/6/2012 4:30:17 PM] [ASTATS] Anonymous usage stats not sent: possible server failure or no connectivity.

In my Error Logging folder. I have also had another problem, sometimes while i am in duty i can not pull out my cell phone. Idk if I'm not supposted to be able to pull it out but I am able to use it sometimes. How can I fix these errors (reinstalling the mod doesn't help, I have reinstalled it before to fix a different error and these errors are still exhistant)?
