Hi so when I decided to install this state trooper pack I used open iv to replace everything including ped variations data then I ran the game went to the police station went to the state trooper uniform then the game crashed giving this error message: Gta iv fatal error out of video memory please reboot your system

You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them.

Please do the following:

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks
  
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
  
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  
• Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

I did what you said on the top my game is valid I bought it off steam I have the net framework and Microsoft visual but the same thing happened I run the game go to the police station go to the uniforms go through them until I get to the state trooper when I get there the game crashes bringing up the error message gta iv fatal error out of video memory please reboot your system

LCPDFR is not supported with third-party modifications. Does it work without mods?

I mean that LCPDFR is not supported with any third-party modifications. Can you try the game without mods, except LCPDFR? (I.e remove the state-trooper pack). 

well I don't have any other mods installed I have script mods does that affect it

And yes, using other scripts might interfere too. But I think this has to do with you using the state trooper mod. Or are you? I'm confused. 

its a uniform mod but I have tried to use it but it comes up with that error messige but im going to try removing my script mods OH would additional callouts affect it

I installed a plugin for lcpdfr its a few additional callouts

You don't seem to understand what I am saying: If you remove the third-party mod (the uniform mod) I think it will work, because I think the third-party uniform mod is causing the problem. Can you please remove it, and try to start the game again? 

No, that would probably be fine. Your issue is related to the third party uniform mod that you should remove and the mod should work.
