what exactly are you trying to do? are you trying to delete them or are you just trying to seperate?

I think because there are double polygons and you are only selecting one side of them. (If thats what you mean)?

separate them see how i select the glass and it disappears from frame i can do it fine for the rest of the polygons it just those three and i can't seem to highlight them so they can be highlighted with the rest of the highlighted polygons.  

 

can u make sense of the video or is it not clear enough sorry i forgot to click best quality.

You may have to detach the ones you have selected then uncheck it in your hierarchy then select and separated the remaining 3 triangles then reattach the three triangle to the first part you detached.
