Help Lowering ELS Brightness (With Pictures)

Is there a way to lower ELS v8 brightness because the brightness of my lights is just ridiculous and i can barely see anything else its about 4 times as worse as the pictures! PLEASE HELP!

Go to your visualsettings in gta 4/common/data. Then look for something that says:

 

# Other emissive lights
car.defaultlight.emissive.on 100
 
change the underlined value. lower it to lower the brightness of the lights and vice versa
