Hi guys i have a problem with ELS v8 so this is the problem:

 

when i'm in game an i go to run ELS v8 it doen't work but if i install v7 it works perfectly.

Can you help me to resolve this problem?

    "It doesn't work" are the three worst words to use in tech support, as it tells the person trying to help you nothing useful at all. Can you answer these:

    What is the problem?

    What are you trying to do?

    How are you trying to accomplish what you are trying to do?

    What is it doing instead of what you're trying to do?

    What is happening instead?

    Are you getting any errors?

    Have you recently changed anything?

    Please post relevant logs, if they exist.

    I apologize if this is blunt, but I ran IRC tech support for a year and a half, and I can tell you from personal observation that supporters are much more likely to assist you if you answer the above questions (to the best of your knowledge, and without making assumptions) than if you state that something is not working without giving further details.
