I'm using LCPDFR 0.95 version.

When I get call out's im prompted to press 'Y', but when I do so it doesnt show me the dealing and where to go. I get no message saying 'disregard, code 4', which i have got on other occasions. it works sometimes and other times it doesnt.

How can i fix this?

Code 4 messages have been added in RC2, there's no fix in RC 1. You'll have to wait until RC2 comes out publicly.

RC1 has more features and is more involved than .91. I would recommend RC1 myself but it's a user preference. RC1 isn't quite as stable as .91 but it's close.
