Els v8 work for windows 8.1?

I download and install els v8 and downloaded cars with els but when I get in the game I press crlt+m which is default for opening menu and nothing comes up!!:( please help!!

I use Windows 8.1 and I have no problems with ELS v8 what so ever. I highly doubt that is your problem. All I can suggest is that you do the standard mod install checklist. AKA Check you are following the install instructions properly, check that all files are in the correct locations, check you have dsound.dll, advancedhook.dll and scripthook.dll installed properly . y'know all the usual.
