So I liked the looks of the BMW police vehicles in this Metropolitan vehicle pack, after installing the respective .wtd. and .wft  I tried to start the game, after pressing "Play" after the RGSC prompt, the game freezes eternally at the disclaimer section. I completely uninstalled the game and re-installed it (without this mod) and it runs fine, anyone have any idea what can cause this? I've made sure it's definitely this mod, because after I re-installed I ONLY installed this mod and the game CANNOT run (it can run on a fresh install).
