so i tried to install LCPDFR, and nothing, been browsing through the fourms and found fixes that didnt work, i ran the diagnostics tool and it says this: 

 

 

 

 

i clicked the link which brought me to the download site for the C++ redis, i downloaded the missing file to find this:

I'm using v 1.0.7.0 (through Steam)

running it as admin

nothing is Read only

i noticed i was trying to install the wrong version, installed the X86 and same thing.

    i tried that and it still doesn't work and gives me the same error (sorry it took me so long i got called into to do a double at work, for the past two days)
