Hi! I got audio error during the game, I using leagal steam version of GTA4, can't solve this problem during last year, help me please, accordingly to lcpdfr log file my game crashes when dispatch trying to say name of the street.

There is not an audio file for every street, so when the script tries to load the file for a street that doesn't have a file, it gives that error. It shouldn't be what is causing your game to crash. Also, according to your AdvancedHook log, the game crashed a whole minute after the audio error; if it was caused by the audio it would probably be at the same exact time.

So according to log files, where do you think problem is?

The logs don't explain anything. It's probably GTA crashing because of modding. If you use ELS, you can try disabling these by changing them to off:
