I replace the cars, load up the game and about 2 seconds of being in the safe house my game crashes right to desktop. I tried using OpenIV and SparkIV and neither worked. 

 

His other LCPD CVPI PACK ELS V8 2.0 works fine. Actually it seems all other vehicle mods work fine except his new release.

Try to replace the cars you just modded with gta's default cars, then replace the cars one by one, so test the cars in-game before you replace the next one.
