Hi. I just bought GTA IV today so I could use this amazing mod. After I downloaded the mod and went to play, the game freezes. Please see the attached picture for the dialog box that appears. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!

Hi Jay. Even after disabling UAC and running as admin, it still freezes.

Do not open the file! Save it to your desktop. Extract the zip file. Then run the installer.

I am very confused... which file do I extract with WINRAR... then what?

Extract the whole folder. Click UpdateTitle. Further questions regarding this will be met with a report for wasting my time.
