Hi,

I can't arrest a suspect at all. I tried to press E while aiming but no luck at all. It seems like its not functioning.

idk if this may help or not but sometimes with mine on top of aiming you have to walk up like right behind them and sometimes walk back and walk up again sorry if this did nothing for you
