Yes I have a legit copy of the game and followed all the steps,

 

After downloading LCPDFR 1.0c manually I have no weapons i cant see them in the top right corner or in game please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Also no one has weapons even the police and pedestrians melee?

    Can you post your logs and a screenshot of your GTA IV directory please.

    Also can you answer the following:

     

    What other mods are you using?

    Automatic or Manual install for LCPDFR?

    GTA IV version?

    Have you tried it on a fresh install of GTA IV?
